A growth mindset is a popular term over the past few years, but what does it mean? How do people achieve it? Is it possible to switch from a “fixed mindset” to a “growth mindset”?

Fixed mindsets are thoughts, processes, and opinions that are set-in-stone. It is their way or the highway!
