I went from experiencing extreme burnout & severe anxiety to….
enjoying my days and feeling at peace through the use of tiny habits in less than a year!
I started where you are…
STRESSED. BURNT OUT. OVERWHELMED. EXHAUSTED.
I was a student in a Master’s Program working full-time, owning my apartment, and being the sole provider for my pup…
I was under a lot of pressure to get it all done.
I felt like no one understood what I was going through on a daily basis and I had to deal with it all, on my own…
I became so overwhelmed and burnt out - my daily routine became working my 8-5 corporate job, taking care of my dog, spending hours on homework and finally going to bed at 2am only to wake up again by 5am.
I thought I could keep going and be fine, functional and still be a good friend, coworker, and sister, but that was not my reality.
I crashed, hard.
I was forgetful, had brain fog, and would feel exhausted but yet, I’d continue to repeat this cycle…over & over again. Feeling like I’d be stuck in this awful & tiring routine.
Until I had officially broken down - I snapped at those closest to me, started missing deadlines at work, and feeling physically and mentally drained with intense migraines.
That is when I knew, something had to change.
I started working on daily, tiny habits to help bring me back to my baseline.
I had to start slow and work my way up. I started going to bed 5 minutes earlier each night and continued to slowly progress.
Over time, this tiny habit made a drastic difference in how I felt and performed throughout my day.
the switch
Once I saw that change, I knew I had the strength to keep going.
I started implementing positive tiny habits all throughout my daily routine! I have them scattered into my morning routine, workday, lunch, dinners...& have seen incredible success!
Now I am at a place where I am thriving, getting more done in the day without feeling drained, happier, and at the most peace I’ve ever had.
With tiny habits, I regained my confidence, am physically strong & mentally sharp, and now much more present when I am with my friends, family, coworkers and my first nephew!

I am a MA Native; the winters can be pretty cold & long. Watching the snow fall is very pretty but shoveling it is the worst!

Not that long ago, I had come to a major crossroads in my life, and the decision I made at that point would be a defining moment, altering the course of my future forever.
I could choose to stay on the path I was on - one of familiarity and thus a perceived sense of comfort, but with no possibility of ever escaping the burnout and severe stress.
Or I could choose the lesser-known, more risky path - but with it, the opportunity to build a fulfilling, vibrant, and peaceful life.
